AI Product Delivery
For teams whose AI feature is stuck between demo and production. I build the workflow layer — grounding, permissions, fallbacks, human approval — that makes AI reliable enough to ship to real customers.

I work with founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product leaders at SaaS and technology companies — on AI product delivery, frontend platforms, and critical initiatives that need to move from ambiguity to a reliable production outcome.
B2B SaaS and technology teams with an existing product and engineering organization that need senior technical ownership for a high-risk initiative: an AI feature that must become real, a platform that has become slow to change, an initiative nobody fully owns.
I’ve shipped in production at Writer, LottieFiles, Zenseact · Volvo Cars, Cato Networks, MEGOGO — across enterprise AI, autonomous driving, network security, motion design, and national-scale streaming.
Remote consulting for US and international teams, with practical overlap for US working hours.

Full service page →For teams whose React/TypeScript platform has become slow, fragile, or expensive to change. Profiling-driven diagnosis and incremental fixes — measured, and without stopping feature delivery.
Full service page →For teams that need Staff-level ownership of a stalled or high-risk initiative without a full-time hire. Clear direction, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on delivery of the most critical parts.
Full service page →Specialist capability
A specialist capability that cuts across every service: I’ve shipped production plugins and extensions across Chrome, Figma, Adobe, Canva, VS Code, WordPress, and ChatGPT ecosystems, plus OAuth-based integrations with platforms like Slack, Jira, and GitHub. If your product has to live inside someone else’s platform — with their sandbox rules, their review process, and their breaking changes — I’ve probably fought that fight before.

Engagement ladder
Every engagement is designed so you can evaluate the work before committing to more of it.
Step 1
60–90 minutes
Teams facing a specific product or engineering decision they want a senior outside perspective on.
A paid working session on one defined problem: an architecture choice, an AI feature plan, a performance question, a build-vs-buy call. You bring the context; I bring pattern recognition from 13+ years of shipping in situations like yours.
You get
$500 · 90-minute session
Start here →Step 2
3–5 days
Teams with a costly, recurring problem — slow delivery, an unreliable feature, an AI initiative that isn’t converging — who need root causes, not another opinion.
A focused investigation of one high-impact problem. I read the code, profile the system, interview the people closest to the pain, and separate symptoms from causes.
You get
Scoped after a fit call
Start here →Step 3
2–4 weeks, fixed scope
Teams with a critical initiative that is stalled, at risk, or beyond current capacity: an AI feature, a performance crisis, a migration, an integration.
I take hands-on ownership of the most critical part of the work — writing production code, making the blocking decisions, and coordinating with your product, design, and backend people until it ships.

Monthly engagement
Teams that need Staff-level technical direction — architecture reviews, delivery risk reduction, mentoring — without adding a full-time hire yet.
Ongoing senior ownership at a defined weekly cadence: architecture reviews, product-engineering alignment, technical mentoring, and selective hands-on delivery where it moves the needle most.

Free · For evaluating a potential engagement
A short conversation to understand the problem, confirm whether I am the right person to help, and decide on the most useful next step. This is not a technical consulting session and includes no written deliverable.
Paid working session
$500 · 90-minute session · Written decision summary
A focused working session for a defined AI product, frontend architecture, performance, or delivery decision. Includes preparation, the live session, and a concise written recommendation.
Process
Step 1
One focused call on your problem. Smallest useful commitment for both sides.
Step 2
A few days inside the real system. Root causes and a plan, not opinions.
Step 3
Fixed-scope, hands-on ownership of the critical work until it ships.
Step 4
Fractional Staff-level direction once trust is established.
I’m the right choice when the problem is ambiguous, the stakes are high, and you want senior judgment attached to hands-on execution.

FAQ
Yes — I work remotely with teams worldwide and have done so for years, including across US and European time zones. I’m based in Kyiv (EET) and overlap comfortably with European hours and US mornings.
I take a small number of consulting engagements alongside my current product work. The honest answer depends on scope — tell me what you’re dealing with and I’ll tell you quickly whether and when I can help.
I contract as an independent engineer with a standard consulting agreement, or through your preferred contractor platform. Scope, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
Yes. Confidentiality is the default for everything I see in your codebase and business regardless of paperwork, and I’m happy to formalize it.
With it, always. The goal of every engagement is that your team is stronger and more autonomous when I leave — decisions documented, knowledge transferred, no dependency on me.
I write production code in most engagements. Strategy sessions and diagnostics are advisory by design; sprints and fractional work are hands-on by default.
Full project outsourcing with no internal team, staff-augmentation body leasing, and anything where I’d be a generic pair of hands. I add the most value on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that need senior judgment plus execution.
I will tell you whether I can help — and what the smallest useful next step would be. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.
