The URL and a short description of the problem are enough to scope it. The audit gets sharper with access to your analytics or real-user monitoring, and code-level recommendations require read access to the repository — under NDA if needed.
Yes. Implementation is an optional follow-up with its own fixed scope. It is equally fine to take the action plan and execute it in-house — the audit is written so your team can do exactly that without me.
The audit is fixed-scope and quoted after a short scoping call, because a five-page marketing site and a large SaaS application are different jobs. You will know the exact price before any work starts.
